EMERGENCY EMPLOYEE NOTIFICATION PLATFORM

In an emergency (i.e. a first-shooter event, a fire) employers need to know which employees are in any given facility and then be able to communicate with them. This is a mobile app that checks in the employee automatically when they enter the premises of a facility using geolocation.
The admin app (both mobile and web) allows the administrators to send and receive in-app messages or text messages to employees within those facilities.
HOSPITAL DATA ANALYSIS

De-identified EMR data from a 10 hospital network is consolidated to a single database and curated with other data sets.
The application known as CiManager is used by these hospitals to identify and demonstrate improved quality and outcomes, monitor measures of performance and patient safety, and uncover key areas for financial and operational efficiencies.
MEDICAL ESTIMATED PAYMENT AND ANALYSIS

Used daily by over 3,500 active users in hospitals and consulting companies to determine medicare payments. It uses a series of curated data and algorithms to determine the payments and costs. It also integrates with a third-party medical grouping engine to determine the correct DRG based on the diagnosis and procedures performed.

Used by ambulatory surgery centers to transfer clinical data from their management information system or abstract the same data from medical records for benchmarking their clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction in support of accreditation, risk management, and improved patient outcomes.
An interactive dashboard used by hospitals in Maryland to better understand their market and competitors. This is a dashboard I created for one hospital which was later marketed as a service offering. We currently have 14 hospitals using it. We use the state of Maryland’s claims data, which we curate using Pentaho/spoon (ETL).
A service that stores claim data uploaded by healthcare providers into an HIPAA compliant secure data warehouse. The EDI-837 and EDI-835 documents which are in EDI format are converted on the fly and loaded into a SQL database. Access to this data is made available via a Web Service (WSDL/XML) to trusted 3rd party applications.
Created a visualization to understand the relationships between Diagnosing Physicians and Procedural Physicians based on patient claims data sets. The dashboards were used by the sales team to find qualified leads.
A progress tracking application designed for early childhood education institutions. With its interactive views and online dashboard reporting, iCenceo was designed for teachers to communicate with parents on the progress of their child. The product was developed for Goddard Schools, and later purchased by AWE (a preschool learning content management provider.)

This includes time analysis and delivery performance from the time an order is received, truck is loaded and leaves the plant, reaches destination and unloads concrete, truck returns to plant, and is washed.

Rewrote an in-premise/desktop application as a web-based application. This is a software-as-a-service product. The platform is used by small and large corporation to match behavior traits of new hires. It is generally used in the on-boarding and hiring process.
